About Sikisa

Sikisa is a three time Leicester Comedy Festival Nominee and critically acclaimed stand-up, writer and producer.

Often cited as one to watch, her authentic, fearless and vivacious personality and on-stage presence has been wowing audiences across The UK, none more so was this apparent than when she clinched the public vote in the 2017 BBC New Comedy Award Award. Since then, she has quickly made a name for herself on the comedy circuit and has become a sought after act and MC at Britain's most prestigious comedy nights including; The Comedy Store, Angel Comedy, Frog & Bucket, 21 Soho, Komedia Comedy Club and many more. She has also provided tour support for Vikki Stone and Kiri Prichard-McClean.

Sikisa has amassed an impressive credit list, including: Live At The Apollo & The BBC New Comedy Award (BBC), Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club, Sorry I didn’t Know and The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV), Comedy Central Live and Pie & A Pint (Comedy Central), The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC) and Period Dramas (BBC 3)

She can also be heard on Evil Genius & Perfect Sounds (BBC Sounds), DM's Are Open (BBC Radio 4) Wheel Of Misfortune (BBC Radio 1), The Leak and Mach Fest (BBC Radio Wales), Off Menu (Acast) and Films to be Buried With.

Sikisa’s sold out, Life of the Party debuted at The Pleasance Courtyard in 2022. It gained multiple 4 star reviews and has since earned a transfer to the Soho Theatre.

She is a leader on the Soho Theatre Stand Up Labs Course, an alumni of The Soho Theatre Young Company and a proud member of The Cocoa Butter Club.
