Joz Norris on Next Up

Joz-Norris-Now-StreamingJoz’s hit 2017 Edinburgh show is now featured on comedy platform Next Up. It was recorded at the fringe and can be viewed here along with lots of other great comedy shows.

Joz’s show “The Incredible Joz Norris Locks Himself Inside His Own Show, Then Escapes, Against All the Odds!!” is inspired from when he saw Jason Donovan alone onstage singing to a backing track and suddenly it dawned on him why he does all this. You perform to hide in plain sight and build your own cage.

Joz’s other credits cover, BBC Radio 4, Channel 4, ITV2, Dave, Weirdos, ACMS and Judge Rinder.

‘An absolute idiot… Simple, silly and screamingly funny’ (Fest).

‘A born entertainer and great comedy writer’ (Chortle.co.uk).

‘Fastidiously avoids boring or obvious choices and excels at being unselfconsciously daft’ (TVBomb.co.uk).

The Hauntening

tom neenan

Travel through the bad gateway in this modern ghost story as writer and performer Tom Neenan discovers what horrors may lurk in our apps and gadgets.

Modern technology is terrifying. The average smartphone carries out 3.36 billion instructions per second. The average person can only carry out one instruction in that time. Stop and think about that for a second. Sorry, that’s two instructions – you won’t be able to do that.

But what if modern technology was literally terrifying? What if there really was a ghost in the machine?

Not to be missed, tune in 11th and the 18th of October at 11.15pm on BBC Radio 4.
