Desiree Burch join Best Home Cook

Desiree Burch is set to take part in a new celebrity version of BBC One cooking show Best Home Cook.

As in previous series, they will have to compete in three courses, with each challenge set by one of the judges: Mary Berry, Angela Hartnett and Chris Bavin

Also taking part are former Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls;Boris Johnson’s journalist sister Rachel; reality TV stars Ferne McCann and Tom Read Wilson; actors Ruth Madeley and Shobna Gulati; CBBC presenter and Strictly contestant, Karim Zeroual and former Welsh rugby captain Gareth Thomas.
